From now on you can download your invoice from your clients' account on the website.
You are informed by e-mail as soon as your invoice is available in your client account on the website (on March and April every year).
How to see your invoice
You can display your invoice in the section Facturation / Livraison primeur.
Click on the PDF link to display your invoice and print it.
By clicking on the invoice number, a page will allow you to: - change your delivery address if necessary, - enter your delivery instructions - or choose to pick up your order at our wine storehouse.
Ordering
After validation of this step, the recap of your instructions will be displayed and you will be able to choose your way of payment (bank card, cheque or transfer)..
In case of a payment by cheque a button will enable you to print the form you have to join with your payment. (We do not accept foreign cheques).
Delivery / Removal
If you choose to pick up your order at our wine storehouse, the delivery costs which were invoiced will be automatically deduced from the balance outstanding.
Please let us know 48h before you come to pick up your order.
Do not forget your ID, it will be required. In case someone else takes care of your order, he must be fitted with your authorization and a copy of your ID.
We hope you will be satisfied with this new way of working and we remain at your disposal for any further question.
Taking in account the numerous delivery requests and our wish to carry them out as well as possible, it is possible that the time of preparation at our wine storehouse is lengthened of a few days.
